Drawing inspiration from Thai cookbooks dating back to the 1940s-1970s, the culinary genius David Thompson, renowned as one of the world’s finest Thai chefs, curates a dynamic menu on the top floor of Central: The Original Store.

A standout creation is the Green Curry of Chicken with shampoo ginger and holy basil, an explosion of flavors that sets it apart. Every ingredient, from chicken to shampoo ginger, is painstakingly pounded and harmoniously blended with a symphony of spices.

Equally enchanting is the River Prawn Broth with Herbs, a masterpiece that effortlessly combines simplicity and intricacy. The secret? Smoking the fish, charring the shallots, and blending them into a delectable Water Mimosa curry paste.
