GOAT

Short for “Greatest Of All Time”, GOAT is a Michelinstarred chef’s table in Ekkamai 10, led by Chef Pakorn Kosiyabong, whose Thai-Chinese roots and training in three-Michelin-starred European kitchens shape his creations. His seasonal tasting menu blends Thai-Chinese inspirations with modern technique, using ingredients from local sources and the restaurant’s own garden.

Signature dishes include sustainably caught Black King Fish from Surat Thani, “The South” with crispy roti and rich curry, and the refreshing pre-dessert “Chanthaburi”, featuring fermented Malay rose apple sorbet and three-varieties-pineapple granita. With its Zero Waste approach, GOAT offers a thoughtful, flavor-packed experience that’s both refined and rooted in purpose.
