Founded and managed by Chef Hari Naya, JHOL serves unique dishes from the regions around Konkan and Malabar on the west coast of India, as well as Chettinad, Pondicherry, and the Bay of Bengal on the east coast. Naya utilizes modern cooking techniques while maintaining original flavors, using high-quality local Thai produce.
