Who would have thought that the four-day work week concept, which became global newsafter Britain announced its implementation in 2022, would become an increasingly popular option? This year, over 5,000 employees from more than 200 British companies and organizations work just four days perweek, up from only 61 companies three years ago. Survey results show that employee productivity increased while organizational performance remained unaffected. Eighteen organizations made it permanent policy. Trial participants included marketing, advertising, finance, IT, and food retail companies. Currently, many charitable organizations have alsoadopted this work system.
